We are a small, personal school where everyone knows everyone else. We foster an environment in which children can grow in confidence, learning honesty, consideration, loyalty and openness.

Realising Potential
We believe that to realise an individual's potential, education has to encompass a breadth and depth of experience.

Highest Standards
We strive for the highest standards in all the academic subjects of the curriculum - but we also offer every child the opportunity to experience and achieve across a range of activities.

Traditional Values
We believe in traditional values, where self-discipline and good manners are important and where each individual is encouraged to respect and value others.

Successful Track Record
We have a successful track record of encouraging each individual to aim high and always do their best.

We wish to encourage the development of every child's talents - intellectually, physically, socially, spiritually and emotionally - striving for personal excellence. There is an atmosphere of hard work, high standards and an environment that aims to develop enquiring minds and the ability to apply them.

Newbridge offers an organised, challenging environment where each individual is motivated to achieve the highest level of confidence and success in all areas.

Our friendly, caring, family atmosphere is handed down from generation to generation, staff to staff, pupil to pupil.

Newbridge qualities never change:

  • Belief in equality of opportunity and fairness
  • High standards of teaching and learning
  • Staff - teamwork for the good of all of our pupils
  • Children - determined to do their best, ever ready to stick at things, work together as a team as players and leaders
  • Parents - supporting and working with us.

The attitudes and values learnt at Newbridge will prepare your daughter for senior school and equip her for achievement in later life.

Boys leave us well prepared for the next stage in their education at Key Stage Two.

Boys enter TOTS Pre-Nursery and leave at the end of the Pre-Prep Department, in July of Year Two.

Girls enter TOTS Pre-Nursery and leave at the end of Key Stage Two.
