PARENTS
We are a small school and operate as a family community - a community encompassing the staff, the pupils and parents.
Partnership
Everyone is encouraged to contribute towards the life of the school and we view education as a partnership between parents, school and child.

Communication
Parents are welcome to speak to teachers on any matter that concerns them. They are kept regularly informed of their child’s progress through written reports and formal parents’ evenings.

They are also encouraged to share their skills and their time to help benefit the children, often accompanying our outings or giving talks.

Each term concerts and drama productions  are performed for parents and grandparents.

Parents’ Association
The Parents' Association is a valued member of our family community. It plays a very active role in the life of the school, meeting regularly and arranging social events for families, adults and children.

These events raise considerable sums of money which provide us with extra classroom equipment and many additional resources.

Fund raising at the moment in school is focussing on equipping

Years 4, 5 and 6 with interactive boards.
